ADVICE ON THE PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION CODE (PIC)
The VRPB has advised that for pigeon flyers with 50 or more pigeons, it is mandatory to apply for a PIC from Agriculture Victoria, and that there can be fines for non-compliance. At the VHA delegates meeting (01-Sep-2025) it was carried that VHA members comply with this statutory requirement. The application can be done online, and no cost is involved in getting the PIC. The onus for compliance is on the VHA member.
